infinite combo??

Would Liliana's Carress (http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/lilianas-caress/) and Mind crank (http://tappedout.net/mtg-card/mindcrank/) qualify as an infinite combo??
and thank you for the help
so then they wouldn't trigger each other at all would they??

Liliana's Caress will trigger Mindcrank but not vice versa.

That said, there are a number of Mindcrank combos, including with Duskmantle Guildmage.

No. Discard is from the hand to the graveyard. Putting cards from the top of a library into a graveyard is not discard (it has no official name, but it's commonly called "mill" after Millstone).
