I want to know if this will work

Phyrexian Dreadnought + Carrion or Devour Flesh or Tribute to Hunger

Yes you may. Phyrexian Dreadnought 's ability is a triggered one (starts with "when/whenever/at") so it uses the stack to resolve just like a spell or activated ability. While the ability is on the stack, you may cast an instant like those above. The spell will resolve first, as it is now the top-most object on the stack, and you may choose to sac the Dreadnought. When the ability resolves after, you may choose to either sacrifice a number of creatures, or the Dreadnought (which is already gone, so it won't affect anything).

Didn't you ask pretty much the same question yesterday?

The answer to this question is the same as the one you asked before. Is there anything in particular about the other cards you mention that made you unsure about it?

Wait a minute, this the 4th time you've asked this question in the past couple days. If there's anything about the answers you've already gotten that you're still confused about, let us know and we'll try to help. Otherwise, asking the same question over and over again for no reason doesn't make any sense.

Tribute to Hunger says "target opponent" so it isn't much use for a Phyrexian Dreadnought you're casting, but the others work as described above.
