Hybrid mana devotion?

If you have a card that has hybrid mana, say Oona, Queen of the Fae, how does devotion (in relation to the gods such as Phenax, God of Deception and other devotion cards) work? Since it's , would you have any combination of blue and black? Or either 3 blue or 3 black, or 1 1/2 blue and 1 1/2 black?

Oona provdes 3 devotion to blue and black. This is different than 3 devotion to blue and 3 devotion to black, but it also isn't 1.5 devotion to each.

A hybrid mana symbol only counts for one devotion of its color(s) for appropriate gods. A Slippery Bogle provides the same amount of devotion to Kruphix, God of Horizons as it does to Karametra, God of Harvests: 1.
