How does Mentor of the Meek interact with anthems?

What I mean is, when lets say a 2/2 token enters the battlefield with an anthem on the field too, does Mentor of the Meek still activate?

Mentor of the Meek checks what the creature's power is once it's on the battlefield. For example, playing Raging Goblin with Glorious Anthem on the battlefield would result in a 2/2 creature, and Mentor would trigger. However, playing a Runeclaw Bear with a Glorious Anthem on the battlefield would result in a 3/3 creature, and Mentor would not trigger.
