Gitrog and Deadeye Navigator

If you flicker The Gitrog Monster with Deadeye Navigator can you continue to keep playing more and more lands?

The Gitrog Monster's second ability isn't putting the lands on the battlefield. It's a continuous effect that modifies how many lands you can play in a turn. Essentially, he allows you to play 2 lands instead of 1. Flickering him won't change this since you'll still be capped at 2 land a turn. To play more than 2, You'll either need to get more Exploration effects onto the board at the same time or have a creature like Primeval Titan that puts the lands into play itself.

No.

305.2a To determine whether a player can play a land, compare the number of lands the player can play this turn with the number of lands he or she has already played this turn (including lands played as special actions and lands played during the resolution of spells and abilities). If the number of lands the player can play is greater, the play is legal.

The Gitrog Monster has a static ability that increases the number of lands you are allowed to play, if it leaves the battlefield the number decreases, and when it returns the number goes back to what it was before. Blinking it will in no way increase the number of lands you are allowed to play.
