Enter the Battlefield Timing

This question revolves around Mycosynth Lattice and ETB effects off cards like Arcbound Crusher
I understand spells on the stack are not effected by Lattice, but the real question I have is at what point do they become artifacts? Does it resolve and then become and artifact and there for not trigger things like Arcbound Crusher , or does it directly enter as an artifact once it becomes a permanent and trigger ETB effects?

Since Mycosynth Lattice has 3 abilities that are all static abilities they are simply true of the game. While Arcum Dagsson would not be an artifact spell it enters the battlefield as an artifact permanent and would trigger Arcbound Crusher

It wouldn't have to be a creature. any permanent entering the battlefield would trigger the Arcbound Crusher since he looks for artifacts, not artifact creatures. Your land drop would trigger him as would playing an enchantment such as Enchanted Evening .

There's no span of time, not even a very short one, that a permanent would be on the battlefield yet not be affected by Mycosynth Lattice . The permanent enters the battlefield as an artifact, so it will trigger Arcbound Crusher .

They are affected in that spells on the stack will be colorless (but not yet artifacts). But they will enter as artifacts. Just like how Anthem effects make a 1/1 creature enter as a 2/2, static effects like Mycosynth Lattice affect permanents right away. At no point will a new permanent not be an artifact, so any creature that enters the battlefield for you will trigger Arcbound Crusher .
