Dose Scion of Oona interfere with Glen Elendra Pranksters?

Am making a mono-blue Dimir faerie deck. So, Ill be using faeries with flash effect and effect that trigger as they come out onto the battlefield. To get a good turn around with these cards. Im going to be using Glen Elendra Pranksters.
What I would like to know; will using Scion of Oona interfere with using Glen Elendra Pranksters ability? And if so, what should I replace Scion of Oona with?

Having Scion of Oona out would make any of your creatures illegal targets for Glen Elendra Pranksters ability. It is a may ability so you aren't required to activated it BUT it does remove some of the utility of it.
I would say Spellstutter Sprite would be an obvious choice, so obvious I would think you're running it already. Vendilion Clique is preposterously expensive but also very good. Bitterblossom makes lots of faeries, so you can't complain about that...it depends on the format and what you need. A decklist would help the second question more, but this isn't really the place for it.
