Does Teysa trigger Reyhan's ability twice?

What i was thinking is since it is a death trigger, would teysa double the amount of counters put on creatures from reyhan's ability?

A small distinction in case you want to spread the counters out is that you get two different triggers, not one trigger for double counters.

This is only true if the creature dies, Teysa Karlov wouldn't double triggers from a commander being returned to the command zone as a result of Leadership Vacuum or Aether Gust with the replacement effect. If a commander goes to the graveyard and is then returned to the command zone it still died so the trigger still happens twice.
