Does Anointed Procession work with Sram's Expertise, Servo Exhibition or even the Fabricate ability?

I run a black white servo deck and if this card does work with each of those, it could be lethal. I doubt it does as well they aren't really effects but you never know. Thanks for the help!!

Yes, "effect" pretty much means everything in the game.
@EldridgeCrimson: Remember that replacement effects don't trigger, only triggered abilities do. This, like you said, is a replacement effect, and it will simply cause those cards to result in twice as many tokens being put on the battlefield.

What isn't an effect is a cost, though creating a token is rarely a cost. An example of this would be Turntimber Ranger. It has an effect that whenever an ally enters the battlefield you may pay the cost of creating a 2/2 green Wolf creature token, if you pay that cost, Turntimber Ranger gets a +1/+1 counter. You would only create 1 token regardless of Anointed Procession.

They do. Since the token is entering under your control, the replacement effect of Anointed Procession triggers and you get two tokens for each one.
