Do the +1 +1 counters that Wight of Precinct Six gains keeps increasing or decreasing depending on what my opponent does with his or her graveyard?

Wight of Precinct Six does not say if this happens or not and that has been bugging me. Do I keep adding counter when I mill my opponent or do the counters stay the same no matter what I do

Wight of Precinct Six's ability is a static ability that continuously checks for creatures in graveyards. It is a static +1/+1, not +1/+1 counters, meaning its power will rise AND fall depending on the number of creature cards in opponents graveyards.

An effect only uses counters if its text includes the word "counters." Wight of Precinct Six's ability does not mention counters, so it does not use counters.

Instead, this ability defines a static buff that immediately and continuously updates according to the game state as long as Wight of Precinct Six is entering or on the battlefield.

An effect only uses +1/+1 counters if it specifically says it does. If not, it's just a static +N/+N effect. This matters quite a lot because it means a card like Wight of Precinct Six doesn't interact with cards that care about +1/+1 counters (Hardened Scales, Rite of the Serpent, Abzan Falconer, etc.).

For +N/+N effects that don't use counters and can vary based on some condition (like the Wight), you keep track of them in whatever way works best and makes most sense for all the players in the game. In the case of Wight of Precinct Six, you can just count the creature cards in your opponents' graveyards whenever you need to know its current power and toughness.
