Who Will Be the New Guildpact?

Jace is the living guildpact of Ravnica, but he is absent from the plane in his quest to help protect the multiverse, so I believe that it shall be necessary for someone else to assume the mantle of the guildpact, and this thread is to speculate about who would be best for that task.
I myself would like to see Teysa become the new guild pact, since she is very concerned with maintaining order and stability on Ravnica, and she is one of the few people to have been a major character in the stories of both Ravnica blocks. Plus, since the Obzedat revoked her previous title, becoming the guildpact would be a great consolation for that loss.
Also, with the revelation of Kaya, Ghost Assassin from Fiora, a planeswalker who can help spirits that linger on the mortal realm find rest, I have seen players speculating that she may travel to Ravnica and work with Teysa to overthrow the Obzedat, which would be an awesome occurrence, in my mind.
What does everyone else say about this? Who will be the new guildpact of Ravnica?
Jace will likely be away long enough to miss out on feuds and wars and guilds vollying for power; which will create a reason for them to revisit the plane and continue the storyline(?)
I really like your idea of Kaya and Teysa working together!

If I remember correctly, in the RTR novels, Teysa was barely mentioned. She pretty much only appeared in the Dragon's Maze novel, and it was very brief. She called down a huge thunderbolt or something to help end a quarrel between two guilds during the race or something. I never read the Uncharted Realms stories for that block though, so she may have been more important there.
But anyway, I don't think Ral Zarek or Niv-Mizzet would be good fits. I could definitely see Teysa, though, as you said, especially with the Kaya theory. Emmara Tandris could potentially fill the job since she is closest to Jace emotionally and is a good being, or potentially Lavinia since she is already directly underneath him. I don't think any guild leaders should get the job as it could sway things too much in favor of their guild, except for maybe Jarad. He was super fair in the original books.

Honestly time away from Ravnica will let his actions as the guildpact restructure the plane and keep the guilds from influencing that power (like Teysa getting Jace to make quite a few laws as the guildpact by just annoyingly chatting with him).

We already know that Jace leaves illusions of himself on Ravnica whenever he goes to another world, and Livinia is managing most of the day-today stuff anyway, so probably no one's even noticed he's gone.

I think its gonna be like this
Jace returns to find the guilds fighting again in his absence
The block tells the story of restoring order to the plan
Jace relieves that he leaves the plane to much and makes Ral the new guildpact

sonnet666, when was that ever stated? And there is no way that Jace could be so powerful that he can maintain illusions across planes.

DemonDragonJ Honestly, all he ever tells Gruul to do is eat or crush something (Borborygmos flavortext) I meant it sarcastically, but the more I think on it the more he'd be perfect for the job (except he would immediately be tricked into being a puppet leader by the Dimir).

Ajani@mtg I actually do not want Ral Zarek to become the new guildpact, because, although he is an awesome and popular character, I do not want another planeswalker as the guildpact, so that they are not tempted to leave the plane randomly, and the fact that he is partially red means that he is too unstable to hold such an important position.
sonnet666, Lavinia would be my second choice after Teysa, since she is partially white, which is the color of order and structure, which is necessary to maintain peace between all the guilds.

I can't see Niv Mizzet becoming the guildpact, as he far to selfish. However, maybe Ral Zarek because the stories have made it pretty clear that he isn't leaving Ravnica? I do think that it is ridiculous that Jace is spending so much time away from Ravnica...
