I went aaaaaaawwww like three or four times this episode. Slimefoot is just ridiculously cute. He and his kids waved their ways right into my heart. Guess I gotta do something manly now...like improve my fungus deck or somethin'.

Yes, that was a cute story. I liked it. It will be interesting to see what further role Slimefoot ends up playing.
I also picked up on what could possibly be some ominous foreshadowing. Raff was bugging Shanna about her (not-so-) tragic past. He claimed that all famous heroes have one but she says she doesn't. So what if we are witnessing the tragic part of her past?

As we're just talking about shanna. Can anyone explan why slimefoot tells us that she is related to the ship's hull? I don't know a lot about sisay and the old crew, so why would shanna be related (like blood related) to molimo?

Shanna is the descendant of Captain Sisay, former Weatherlight captain. So Slimefoot intuits that Shanna has ancient connections to the Weatherlight, not the hull itself. Make sense?
But yes, this story was awesome and light and fun. I loved how Slimefoot didn't know what to say, so he just handed Jhoira another tool (: classic

I liked how this story was told from Slimefoot's perspective, and it was a nice "breather" chapter before the approaching battle against Belzenlok.
