I'm building my first legacy deck, and its based around giving your opponent a mountain of cards, and damaging them for how many cards they have in hand. looking for some help finding good cards for it and any general tips as well. have some more cards

one thought i had was making spells cost more to keep the cards in hand, let me know if you know any cards in the color that could help with that

You need Nekusar, the Mindrazer. Just my two cents

my fear with nekusar is that he costs too much and ends up as too late game. with the way the deck plays, constantly adding value to your board, hes kinda a "wining more" type card, not really changing the outcome of the game at the point he arrives

seems like a solid addition, any idea what the best way to splash the black in would be?

What a bout a flying 5/5 for 3 mana that does exactly what you're looking for? Master of the Feast!

I've seen people try to make this deck before with little success. The biggest problem is that by having opponents draw more cards they are getting to their win condition faster and drawing answers more consistently, the best way to get around this is resource denial. Cards like sphere of resistance, thorn of the amethyst, bloodmoon, sinkhole, back to basics, trinisphere, chalice of the void, tsabo's web, and wasteland are all reasonable options depending on your build.

what about Fevered Visions? It's only 3 mana, and burns your opponents for 2 during their end step. Also, it draws you cards too!

would something like Eidolon of the Great Revel help? its a creature for my side, and causes them to get punished for dumping a bunch of cheap cards to avoid taking damage for cards in hand
