Here is the deck

I have been working on this for a while, but it still seems to have a lot of problems. Does anyone know what I should do?

What sort of problems has it been having? Is it mana problems, or is it not hitting your combo fast enough, or something else?

Is this meant to be a competitive deck or is it just a fun deck to play against friends?

So if you want to hit your combos better, you should run 4 of your combo cards - 4 Jarads, 4 Splinterfrights. Vraska can stay at two because she's legendary. If you want creatures in the graveyard, run Shriekmaw instead of Nekrataal.

It's hard to see exactly what this deck is doing - Jarad wants creatures on the battlefield so he can sack them, but Splinterfright wants them straight in the graveyard.

I'm not very good at giving advice for casual decks as I generally just try and make them competitive, so i'm not gonna suggest any new cards. I will say that I would try and make the deck more consistent. Instead of having so many one of's, try and get 2-3 of each creature. I know it's kinda hard as you like them all and want to use them all, but the deck will run smoother if you have more copies of less creatures.

Also see if you can't lower the curve. Run 4 Blisterpod, 4 Carrier Thrall and 4 Gatecreeper Vine so that you always have a turn 1-2 play, as well as get access to your mana faster.
