Anyone willing to invest with me?

I just bought 43 copies of Mishra's Bauble in hopes that it will hit at least $10 again. I feel that its a safe bet, as it was 50, and sees play as a 4 of in lantern control. If Mox Opal gets banned, not only will its importance in lantern go up, but it will be the go to card for affinity.

Anyone want to start eating up copies with me? With our combined strength, we could cause the price spike im hoping for, and all of us can reap the benefit. At least consider picking up just a playset.

I was going to buy out starcitygames, but it was considerably cheaper on tcgplayer. Lets make this happen folks!

I'm afraid that Mishra's Bauble isn't going anywhere anytime soon. Iconic Masters overprinted it to oblivion and the set still struggles to move off the shelves. If Bauble ever got high enough to start investing again, people would just dredge Iconic Masters out of the trash and boost supply again.

Its definitely not a good idea to crack packs hoping for a specific card, just saying.

My worst case scenario is it end up being similar to Inquisition of Kozilek where it got a couple reprints in a row and is stuck low now.

I dont expect them to go up any time in at least the next 6 months. But assuming they dont get another reprint, I think its a safe bet that theyll hit at least 10 again.

I've been picking up Inquisitions to even out trades periodically rather than actively buying them. I've got between 20 and 30 of them now. It's a great card and is widely played. Price memory is sure to kick in someday and it'll creep back up to the $10 mark.

I don't really plan to buy into them, or Baubles for that matter, but I wholeheartedly support your endeavor lol. I'm not sure about Bauble's price ever skyrocketing again though. I think it only sees play in one or two decks.
