So I found some cards I made a while back. I'm trying to get some feedback on them. Here are the eighteenth and nineteenth:
Summon 
Instant
Until end of turn, creatures entering the battlefield do not trigger abilities. Put a creature from your hand onto the battlefield tapped. If that creature has a converted mana cost greater than three, put X -1/-1 counters on it, where X is the creatures converted mana cost minus three.
Rippleflick 
Instant
Ripple 6
Replicate
Copy target instant or sorcery spell. You may choose new targets for the copy.

Summon is insanely broken. Emrakul, the Aeons Torn for 3 mana is awesome, even if it is only a 3/3. Same for nearly any big creature. Hell, you can even play it as 1-turn only Torpor Orb. Card is too good and will become the new Flash Hulk, enabling insane combos.
The second card though is something I can see being printed in a Commander product and being awesome.
