I need help building a U/R Niv-Mizzet EDH deck.. The basic idea is to draw as many cards as possible and convert to damage with Niv, but I have no idea what cards to do this with. I am on a budget here, $40. This is what I have so far Niv-Mizzet/Jhoira EDH

Curiosity or Ophidian Eye . also Azami, Lady of Scrolls and Arcanis the Omnipotent for more prolonged games. Rhystic Study is also a big card drawer. remember if you want to use azami, Mind Over Matter for epic decksearch
