Commander Deck Help forum

So I've built Who Killed the World? and I'm having Issues balancing nonbasic and basic lands.

Not only do I run fetches, but I also have cards like Harrow and Boundless Realms.

Is there any good way to figure how may basics a deck needs, short of play testing extensively? What do you think is a good number?

First off, any reason you are running Snow Forests? It seems like a pretty good land ratio. If you go with more basic forests then stuff like Woodland Guidance could be good.

Your current ratio is fine.

The general rule is enough basics that you're not going to run out, or if you do it will be at a point where it no longer matters. 19 is more than enough for that.
