So this is just a question about the interaction between Naban, Dean of Iteration and Watcher for Tomorrow , will the hideaway effect trigger twice and would you then get two cards when Watcher leaves the battlefield or is Hideaway ignored since it is a keyword kind of etb effect?

It triggers twice, and you get both cards when Watcher leaves the battlefield. I don't have the relevant rule in front of me, but this is from the WotC FAQ when Resonator was printed:

"If a triggered ability is linked to a second ability, copies of that triggered ability are also linked to that second ability. If the second ability refers to "the exiled card," it refers to all cards exiled by the triggered ability and the copy."

You get two cards, you trigger hideaway two times when Watcher ETB. Just like any other hideaway cards you put the two cards face down exiled under Watcher then when Watcher leaves the battlefield you put both those exiled cards into your hand.

For instance this same effect also happens with Inalla, Archmage Ritualist eminence Watcher when it ETB and it's a great interaction. You create a token copy of Watcher with eminence and this token triggers hideaway twice. Two cards are put under the token exiled and then at the beginning of the next end step the token is exiled, thus leaves the battlefield, you then put the two hideaway cards from the token into your hand.

FYI, you should ask these kind of questions in Q&A, not deck help.
