Mizzix Aggro Spellslinger

I've been a bit indecisive as of late. I've been toying around with Izzet colors trying to make a spellslinger/aggro varient work. Basically all my creatures either help cast, depend on, pump themselves, or get buffed by instant and sorceries whether they are cast like with Prowess-esque abilities.

My initial thought was with Tibor and Lumia using cantrips and drawing into more and more cards. Cantrips by themselves are necessarily the greatest and with T&L can make ground creatures a no go (especially with Basilisk Collar). But it became more about T&L then anything else.

So my current idea is with Mizzix of the Izmagnus even though she paints herself a big target. I've ran her as pure combo with no creatures and didn't care for it. She can make bigger draw spells cheaper, and with cheap enough Buyback spells really pump up Wee Dragonauts and co. She makes extra combat costs more feasible as well like World at War or Relentless Assault. Can also cheapen other combat tricks. I could still run the Lighting Bolt combo as back up.

So this leads me to my question: Do you think this would be viable? It obviously won't be tier one. Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
