Making The Scorpion God More Competitive (and a better name)

Hey everyone, as the title suggests, I'm looking to improve my list for The Scorpion God before Hour of Devastation is officially released. I'm relatively new to the idea of cEDH, and so I have tried making a list that I would classify as tier 2, or so. There aren't a lot of cEDH environments where I live, so I don't really have an established meta.
Background aside, the goal of my deck is to try and make infinite mana using Worldgorger Dragon with Dance of the Dead or Animate Dead. With the mana, my current mana dump win-con is Torment of Hailfire (flavor win?). I chose The Scorpion God as my commander due to his mass-draw potential, which you don't usually see in Rakdos colors. To set up the combo, I play a lot of hate effects. What could I or should I change about my list? The only thing I'd prefer to stick to no matter what is keeping Scorpy as the commander, but I'm delighted to see what else we can think of.
