Help with keranos deck idea

I basicly will accept any sudgestions except the manabase because I have made UR manabases before. The idea is to ramp super hard into keranos, then wipe the board, then slam stax or MLD, then procede to win SOMEHOW?
I really have no idea how I will win outside of bolting people with keranos, so I want help with that. I also am having a hard time finding good UR artifact ramp. Finally, I would like to make the deck as cheap as possible so let me know which cards are overpriced for their power level in the deck (I allready own the blue EDH staples like rift and study) If you would like to se it here is a link to the cards I do not own.

Any help would be appriciated, my meta is very creature based and here is a list of the decks I regularly play against at the LGS: Krenko, a mono black discard deck, locust god, combo animar, kaalia, SAI thopters, phenax, ur dragon, rith tokens, soon-to-be sen triplets, GW bad humans, slivers, and kambal.
The animar player plays animar a lot.

I like the idea of kill switch, but I don't want to be playing kiki combos in annother one of my decks. I also like that kill switch stops a lot of mana ramp too.

You are in the colors for Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Pestermite/Deceiver Exarch.
If you are running a Winter Orb package, having a way to tap those down at the end of the turn before you is extremely powerful. KillSwitch is my favorite.
