help with cutting (UW stax)

I want to include Basalt Monolith and Rings of Brighthearth in my deck:

I don't really know what to cut for these cards and would like to get some opinions. One slot would be possible by removing a land (then I have 30 + tabernacle). The other slot is difficult...maybe Pithing Needle but it's often handy, or Windfall or something else? My most important opponent's decks are a hermit druid and an arcum dagsson combo deck but I don't want to fail against other decks, maybe even not so competitive ones, either.
