Only Rare Legacy Challenge

The name should be fairly self explanatory!

People make pauper decks a lot, and those are pretty easy to come up with. Only rares seems so much funner though.

Only cards that have never been printed below rare are legal. This means AEther Vial and the like are not legal, because not all of their printings are rare.
