After a few more testing I've switched up the variant to focus more on sac outlets and using some more buyback cards. I've also added Scuttlemutt to target mono black creatures to kill them with nonblack spells. Priest of Yawgmoth to loop Spine of Ish Sah. So far it's plays faster, but it still needs some tweaking

Dread is another good card to partner with No Mercy. Bubble Matrix might work for you, too.

MrBubbles110 yeah I'm still searching for certain creatures that can either put things in the grave quickly or gain life. I would like to see your version of toshiro for ideas however it may help me out on a few things.

This deck is way way different than mine so I'm not sure how this would play out, I personally like having some low cost creatures or for this deck I'd say a board wipe or two I'm sorry I'm not of much help, but I hope this deck works out well for you, I do love the backstory.
