If you need help with knowing how much/what ramp to use, you might want to check out https://www.mtggoldfish.com/articles/brewer-s-minute-ramp-math

I am not an expert in mono, but for you I recommend adding:

Mana Crypt pricey but spicey

Charcoal Diamond goes so well with Sol Ring

Everflowing Chalice and Astral Cornucopia - especially if you somehow get more proliferate

Extraplanar Lens

Ashnod's Altar and Phyrexian Altar are good if you want double-down on sacrificing your own creatures.

Myriad Landscape can go in almost any edh deck

Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx is solid in any one- or two-colour deck

Lake of the Dead has a downside, but you won't care when you're using it (trust me)

Deserted Temple , Vesuva , Candelabra of Tawnos and Thespian's Stage to double-down on Cabal Coffers.

Petrified Field to protect valuable lands.

Expedition Map and/or Wayfarer's Bauble to tutor itfor all your powerful lands.

I'm not sure how I feel about Temple of the False God , but it is an EDH classic.

Other mono ramp

I ended up finding so many mono ramp cards I thought I might as well make a more full list.

Solemn Simulacrum is a good catch-all

Magus of the Coffers is slow, but might be worth it. Crypt Ghast is a better version.

Pawn of Ulamog and Sifter of Skulls are good in any deck that sacrifices often

Nirkana Revenant is good in the right deck

Bog Witch is kind of weird, but has fringe uses

I haven't thought hard, but you might be able to do some flicker shenanigans with Priest of Gix

Priest of Yawgmoth and Soldevi Adnate work if you hate your own stuff

Leaden Myr , Hedron Crawler , Manakin , Scuttlemutt , Alloy Myr , Opaline Unicorn , Palladium Myr are usually worse than rocks, but maybe you want?

Worst case, an edh deck can always load up on rocks. These are some of the best ones for mono black

Sol Ring every edh deck should include this

Star Compass , Fellwar Stone , Fractured Powerstone , Mind Stone all fill similar voids

Thran Dynamo , Ur-Golem's Eye , Worn Powerstone , Gilded Lotus , Hedron Archive , Sisay's Ring

Pillar of Origins for tribal decks

Consider Pentad Prism , Kyren Toy , or Coalition Relic for proliferate

In most games, these do the same thing: Commander's Sphere , Cryptolith Fragment  Flip, Cultivator's Caravan , Darksteel Ingot , Hierophant's Chalice , Honor-Worn Shaku , Mana Prism , Manalith , Orazca Relic , Phyrexian Totem , Powerstone Shard , Pristine Talisman , Seer's Lantern , Serum Powder , Skull of Ramos , Sol Grail , Spectral Searchlight , Vessel of Endless Rest , Victory Chimes , and Chromatic Lantern

Thought Vessel if you fill your hand

Chrome Mox is usually worth the card disadvantage

Lotus Bloom , Mana Vault , Basalt Monolith , Grim Monolith , and Lotus Petal for explosive potential

Mox Amber if you usually have your commander/a legendary thing out

Mox Diamond if lands in your graveyard is a good thing

Mox Opal if you have 2+ extra artifacts

Black Market is good if you tend to sacrifice/kill a lot of creatures

Caged Sun , Doubling Cube , and Gauntlet of Power are fair if you want to reach that high mana

Liliana of the Dark Realms is nice with proliferate, and makes sure you don't miss land drops in the mid/late-game

Sword of the Animist is best with one-mana creatures, and if you attack often, but might be justified even if not

Jet Medallion and Heartless Summoning do a lot of work if you play many cards in a turn

Carnival of Souls is fun with some creature-based combos

These mostly work for combo/explosive turns

Bubbling Muck for explosive/combo turns

Dark Ritual for getting a turn 2 Crypt Ghast , etc.

Sacrifice and Culling the Weak for sacrificing. They go nicely with Songs of the Damned

Spoils of Evil for lategame combos

Rain of Filth must be used with caution

Crypt of Agadeem works, but only if you consistently have 4+ creatures in the graveyard

Phyrexian Tower eats your creatures

Cabal Coffers is a staple

It's porbably unnessecary, but if you end up with few basic swamps, consider Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth to supplement your Cabal Coffers .

Cabal Stronghold is great if you can't afford many nonbasics, and might be good enough besides.

@DiggleMcGee, thank you for the suggestions. I did add a Thornbite Staff to the mix. Its just too good. I do like Soldevi Adnate, and he would pair nicely with my Priest of Yawgmoth as another mana-dork/synergy option.

I do like Haunted Cloak, and Marionette Master has been under consideration for some time. Do you have suggestions on what I should cut to make some of these additions? I'm very interested in your suggestions. Thanks for taking a look.

~~~ Brainstorming via Text ~~~
I hope this is all helpful for you! :)
I really like the use of Oppression here. Geth's Grimoire might be a powerhouse for you, especially if you include Words of Waste to go with it.
I tend to play decks that play the player and tend to flow in a more asymmetrical way to the game; so I like to use cards such as Altar of the Brood and Mindcrank as a form of pre-removal.
Using red, you have access to many of the overlooked cards in the mental game of magic. Avarice Totem, Custody Battle and Fractured Loyalty can become game changers in and of themselves. Avarice Totem with Pithing Needle can be quite fun.
I think that Jinxed Choker deserves a spot here, and that you could consider some additional hidden gems such as Vampiric Spirit or Basilisk Collar in here with some of your "passive pingers" such as Harsh Mentor, Xantcha, Sleeper Agent or even Sleeper Agent herself, etc.
Some other great options would be cards that encourage your opponents to make bad decisions - I usually try to not beat the deck but the opponent in magic, so cards such as Pain's Reward and Choice of Damnations can be a house depending on how well you play the game and the opponent.
I would always include a Glacial Chasm with a way to fetch it.
I would confuse your opponent by being friendly with some cards such as Abyssal Persecutor and cards of the like.
You're not trying to help the other players win, you're owning your opponents without them realizing it.
Curses seem great here. I would use the softer curses such as Curse of Opulence and Curse of Vengeance (the best life insurance policy in the game, IMO)...
You have access to Norin the Wary, that always sparks options...
You have access to political time bombs such as Impending Disaster being in Red.
Since you're already running the Planar Void, might as well throw in the Helm of Obedience win to go with it.
Since we're in black, Priest of Yawgmoth with Spine of Ish Sah seems great. That might spark some interest in sacking things. You will have access to Goblin Welder... so there's that.
No matter what you do, I would auto-include Claws of Gix, a Scroll Rack, and a Sensei's Divining Top, consider maybe some shadow cards - just type the word "Dauthi" into http://www.cardkingdom.com/ and see what comes up... that might lead to some ideas with equipment such as Explorer's Scope and/or Trepanation Blade (two cards that are incredibly underrated IMO)...
If you keep your dudes low in power, you could consider a Meekstone and an Icy Manipulator as a soft/old-school wall for yourself (though it would stop Xantcha from doing her work). If the Icy is there... there's always Winter Orb - who doesn't miss that?? :)
Lots of choices here...
Maybe stealing equipment would be a thing you'd enjoy... you know there's always "that guy" that runs "those cards" all the time... Red is all about that.
Another idea: Mox Monkey: Gorilla Shaman with a Mycosynth Lattice seems really fun.
Or... Electrickery + Kormus Bell + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth would be fun.
If you're feeling aggro-y, Filth + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth seem strong.
If you can get your hands on it, Word of Command fits the flavor of this deck well...
Maybe you could include a Wish Board with Burning Wish or Death Wish... in fact, you could keep the weird political theme going with a suicide life swap build with that black tree: Tree of Perdition and/or Soul Conduit.
I'm just spouting off ideas - I plan to make a deck with her when I get some free time. :)
Very cool start here and again, I hope all of this is helpful to you!
Priest of Yawgmoth
Black has more mana dorks than I thought.
Kinda crazy how black is second when it comes to that.
I hope you have the classics Ashnod's Altar and Phyrexian Altar. Then there are Wild-Field Scarecrow, Ruthless Knave, the bros Priest of Yawgmoth and Soldevi Adnate, Corpse Harvester if you have cool zombies. If you have some ways to sacrifice artifacts there's also things like Pentad Prism and Sphere of the Suns.
EDedan I would try artifact sacrifice with a bit of playing many artifacts. I would add Priest of Yawgmoth and Soldevi Adnate for ramp. Maybe I will make that deck
Scuttlemutt could help with the mono black situation with non black spells
Priest of Yawgmoth with Thornbite Staff to use the spine multiple times or the staff on magus to ramp up mana
