Skull Clamp < Viseling —June 20, 2016
After some consideration and playtesting, I think that Viseling has far more potential than skull cage in the late game, so I think I'm going to swap the two.

Consecrated Sphinx is nice and all, however I have soooooo much card draw that this would most likely hurt me more than help me. I have been considering Mind Over Matter, but I believe that Dream Halls is a little better.

I am also a Nekusar EDH player! Here's my build.
Some recommendations I have are Consecrated Sphinx, Laboratory Maniac, and Mind Over Matter. Consecrated Sphinx is just plain crazy with basically everything in this deck. Laboratory Maniac not only combos with Consecrated Sphinx but also makes sure you don't deck out. Mind Over Matter is very good considering that your hand is almost always filled with cards.
