Hall had only been mediocre and sometimes awkward in my play group. It was mildly disruptive, but never really potent enough to shut anyone down. It also turned off the instants I run in the deck. While there are only a few, they are powerful when I need them. Constant Mist, Natural Affinity, and Heroic Intervention are total blow outs when you need them and Hall shut it off.
The good news is that Hall is easily replaced by Rumanap Excavator. Crucible of Worlds is one of the most powerful cards in the deck and some redundancy in Rumanap Excavator is a welcome addition.

Needs Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage...can literally be tutored up with Scapeshift. Also needs Expedition Map to get cradle or other important lands.
