FNM#7: New Meta Today! —Jan. 23, 2016

Haven't played much Tron lately, so I figured I would test it out in a meta where I don't have to worry about Splinter Twin. The round one tie and then not being able to win the pair-up in round two pretty much sealed me out of top 8, but I was able to win a pack and get a good idea of what to expect going forward in my area.

I also played with Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger on top of Emrakul, the Aeons Torn, two Wurmcoil Engines, and Kozilek, Butcher of Truth. I liked him, but I didn't like having so many cards I couldn't cast before turn 4. Emrakul, the Aeons Torn or Kozilek, Butcher of Truth needs to be cut if I keep Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger. Unfortunately, not having annihilator was something that meant I couldn't seal games up as neatly as I would have wanted in multiple instances throughout the night.
