In the depths of the seas of Kukemessa the Serpents gather. Crafty Kukemssa Serpent, traditional Sea Serpent, laughing Sea Monster, ponderous Veiled Serpent and destructive Tolarian Serpent gather in the deep seas of Kukmessa. The Harbor Serpent tells stories of how he once ate a planeswalker three times the same day, might add, as the card:Jace, the Mindsculptor|kid tried to control time and space.

Amongst the serpents swim the Dandan fishies whom the serpents treat as pets and serve as food. The waves are devoid of commerce save for the undead Ghost Ship who mark the serpent's domain. Such perfect ocean calls upon the elusive Sea Spirit to dance among the waves.

The seas of the Kukemssa seek to reclaim the lands for the Sea's Claim. Tidal Warrior brave the serpent masters to fulfill the sea's dream. The stars above shine with Sky Diamond while the abyssal depths soak up latent power within the sunken Blue Mana Battery. The land gives way with Erosion as High Tide and Flood devour the shores.

The serpents themselves possess Ancestral Knowledge. Some among them don the Coral Helm to process the unnecessary and superfluous. They drink the brine of the ocean that sustains them to benefit from the everpresent Fishliver Oil and sing monstrous songs to banish their foes with Undo. Against the most tempting of landdwelling foe the serpents unleash the powers of Binding Grasp to dominate their unwary prey.
