I don't think you understand what Cruel Control is. Cruel Control is Grixis control with Cruel Ultimatum , most famously played by Paul Cheon. I see a lot of people on tappedout making this mistake. I'm not saying you HAVE to change your deck name, just know that it's a misnomer and it is not Cruel Control.
With that said, it looks like you have a pretty interesting deck here. However I don't play standard, so I'm not gonna pretend like I have any advice to give. Best of luck!
