Goblin Rally isn't a bad idea, but I would rather run creatures that make tokens instead like Siege-Gang Commander. I don't know what I would cut for Goblin Rally.

OK. BUt what about something like Xenagos, The Reveler to ramp to infinity with plus 1 or to use zero to pump out tokens.

I would possibly remove Shamanic Revelation mainly because you do not have anything that will give you no maximum hand size. possibly replace it with Phyrexian Rebirth or Enlightened Tutor. Other than that the deck looks great. Also maybe replace Coalition Relic with Prismatic Omen?
