Cut Rule of Law effects from the Maybeboard.
Added Thassa's Oracle to the Maybeboard. It is ok. Not great.
Added Heliod's Intervention to the Maybeboard. Is worth considering in Artifact/Enchantment heavy metas.
Added Helm of Awakening to the Maybeboard. Can be situationally good as it can make it more restrictive on playing early mana rocks. Not amazing, BUT is certainly worth considering if you are in an Artifact heavy meta.
I want to remind those who want to build this deck to NOT play taxing effects with this commander. Lavinia's 1st ability does not make it harder to cast, and it also allows opponents to cast spells through a lock on her with her second ability.
I want to emphasize DO NOT PLAY TAXING EFFECTS IN THIS DECK!

how do you get the commander out turn 1? (new to commander)

Stasis Combos very well with Smother tithe at the very least smothering tithe will pay for stasis upkeep cost because you opponent will not be able to pay the 2 colors mana. Also Why not run Teferi's protection?
