I built a Daretti deck focused on a more defensive direction, but I still feel that some of some of my advice could apply to your deck too.

First I agree with Sin089 on everything he says. Next, I would also suggest removing Pristine Talisman, I like Unstable Obelisk more because you can never have enough removal and its usually more relevant than the few points of life you'd be getting. There's better ramp than Ruby Medallion too, since only a handful of your spells are red.

This is just my preference but when it comes to mana base I dislike lands that come into play tapped. So I found Dormant Volcano and Flamekin Village more trouble than they were worth. Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle on the other hand is a great exception and is perfect for any mono red edh deck.
