Looks good! I would probably put Duress in the sideboard for now because you already have Kitesail Freebooter, which you probably want to be taking their removal spells with so Kitesail can live longer. This alone allows you to already put in Hostage Taker as a 3 of. Also, don't sleep on Fetid Pools for a land choice because it allows you to either cycle if you're flooding, or be able to lay down your check land as well. I'm going to test it in my UB deck first and if it sucks I'll get rid of it, but for right now it's pretty good.

Also, Chart A Course is a great T2 play as well. T1 Stormtamer, T2 attack with Stormtamer, end of turn Chart A Course, and you're up two cards. I wouldn't play it as more than a 2-3 of, but it has some great potential and the only downfall is that it's a sorcery.
