Legendary Creature - Human Rogue Wizard

Whenever ~ enters the battlefield, look at target opponent's hand. You may exile a card from their hand. If you do, choose one:

• Players cannot cast spells with the same mana value as the exiled card.

• Players cannot activate abilities of non-land permanents that share a type with the exiled card.

• Each player searches their library for any number of cards with the chosen name, exiles them, then draws a card for each card exiled this way.

If ~ would be destroyed or exiled, instead exile ~, then return it to the battlefield transformed under your control.

If a player were to search their library or draw a card other than the first one on each of their draw steps, instead they exile a card from their hand, and put a loyalty counter on ~.

-1: Each player chooses a card they own in exile, and returns it to their hand.

-3: For each card each player owns in exile, you may have those players each lose life equal to the amount of cards that player owns in exile.

-7: You get an emblem with: "Planeswalker abilities you activate no longer remove or add loyalty counters. Instead, you may exile the top X cards from target opponent's library, where X is the amount of loyalty counters placed onto or removed to activate this ability."

My idea of the Mysterious character that enters the story of Murders at Karlov Manor, and interacts with Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth. A spooky mind mage. There's only one character I could think of to have this kind of ability!

Next Challenge is to brew a card for Thunder Junction!

I've though about using Empyrial Plate to run Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth as a Voltron. Vigilance gets the job done.

Duskana, the Rage Mother is pretty strong with the abundance of 2/2 Double Strikers. She can also be built as a Wild Pair deck.

I've heard of Raggadragga that you could build it as an Eldrazi Spawn/Scion tribal.
