A Top of Library matters deck based around manipulating the top card of your library to cast instant and sorcery spells for free with Galvanoth.

Use early game creatures like Delver of Secrets  , Curious Homunculus  , Silent Hallcreeper, and Thing in the Ice   as an early game board presence, and keep your opponents board state in check with Lightning Bolt, Sink into Stupor  , Sundering Eruption  , and Volcanic Spite until you can get Galvanoth out; then start casting instants and sorceries from the top of your library for free. Once you have Galvanoth in play; use cards like Preordain, Brainsurge, and Temple of Epiphany to manipulate the top card of your library to start stacking instants and sorceries on top of your library to cast for free at the beginning of each of your turns.

Any instant/sorcery is great to cast for free off the top of the deck, but Magma Opus, and Time Stretch are the best to cheat out with Galvanoth, especially if you have a Complete the Circuit to cast beforehand to triple the spell. Magma Opus is also good for early game ramp to get Galvanoth out a turn sooner.

In order to try to maximize the value obtained from Galvanoth’s ability, I used Sundering Eruption   and Sink into Stupor   to bring the total instant and sorcery count to 30, but they are primarily meant to be used as lands, so the land count of the deck is actually 22, not 14.
