What happens when I have Athreos, God of Passage and a creature token I have goes to the graveyard?

What does Athreos, God of Passage ability do when creatures tokens , from when I cast Secure the Wastes, would be sent to the graveyard?
Additionally if someone played End Hostilities and Athreos, God of Passage was a creature, would be destroyed also? Would all creatures go to my hand?
Even though Athreos, God of Passage is indestructible? And so my opponent could choose not to pay the life and my token will still go away right?

By the time the triggers from Athereos are on the stack, the tokens would already be exiled. Athreos' ability will trigger for each and the opponent can choose to pay 3 life, but nothing will happen - the tokens have ceased to exist.
As a general rule, tokens are objects that cannot be represented with cards, so when they leave the battlefield, they cease to exist. They still trigger "die" abilities like Athreos'.
Athreos is indestructible and is not affected by Wrath of God effects. He will just revert to an enchantment.
Even if Athereos was some how not indestructible, its ability will still trigger for every other creature that died at the same time, since abilities on the stack exist independently of their sources.

Indestructible simply means "cannot be destroyed." End Hostilities will still apply the destruction effect to Athreos, God of Passage, but Athreos, God of Passage will not be destroyed as a result.
As I said, your opponent may pay life for the tokens, but nothing will happen either way. The token won't even exist when the ability is put onto the stack let alone when the ability resolves.
Also, the tokens are not exiled. Exile is a game zone. The tokens case to exist entirely; they're no longer in any game zones.

Tokens trigger Athreos, God of Passage's ability, but they cease to exist as a state-based action. Your opponent will still choose to pay 3 life or not during the ability's resolution, but nothing will happen either way.
End Hostilities applies a destruction effect to all relevant permanents. The effect is applied simultaneously to these permanents. Anything that is a creature at that moment will be destroyed. Athreos, God of Passage's ability will trigger for each other creature you own that dies at the same time.
