Sun Titan, Stinkdrinker, Heartless Summoning

If I have a Stinkdrinker Daredevil and a Heartless Summoning in play, when I play my Sun Titan for ww can I use its ETB ability to bring back an Inferno Titan ?

Does mana cost reduction work like that?

No, the Sun Titan (and like effects: AEther Vial ) only care about its original casting cost.

abilitys like the daredevil and heartless summoning do not effect cmc, they only effect the mana need to play the spells

First of all, there's a difference between "mana cost" and "converted mana cost".

"Mana cost" refers to the exact symbols on the card, on Inferno Titan that would be 4RR."Converted mana cost" refers to the amount of mana. Inferno Titan 's CMC is 6 (4 colorless + 2 red mana).

Cards that reduce the cost of spells don't change either of those characteristics.With a Stinkdrinker Daredevil outside, you only have to pay 2RR for the titan, yet his cost is still 4RR.

So as said before, it doesn't work.
