Strionic Resonator

can i copy the ability of:
1. Prophet of Kruphix ,
2. Sylvan Caryatid ,
3. Polukranos, World Eater ,
4. Kiora, the Crashing Wave (every ability of planeswalkers)
5. Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx ???
and its needed that i use the Strionic Resonator as long the ability i want to copy is on the stack, right?

A triggered ability always starts with the word "when/whenever/at". The reminder text of Strionic Resonator makes note of this. Of your examples, only the 2nd ability of Polukranos, World Eater is a triggered ability. Prophet of Kruphix only has static abilities, and the rest are activated abilities..

To answer your second question, yes. The ability you want to copy must be on the stack when you activate Strionic Resonator .
