Per the rules:

702.12b A permanent with indestructible can't be destroyed. Such permanents aren't destroyed by lethal damage, and they ignore the state-based action that checks for lethal damage (see rule 704.5g).

Because an indestructible creature would ignore the state-based action that checks for lethal damage, the Magma Spray ability that would replace dying with exile doesn't take effect.

The relevant text here is "If that creature would die this turn." Because the creature is indestructible, it doesn't matter if the damage is enough to be lethal, or that the spell has deathtouch - it is indestructible, and therefore, it wouldn't die this turn. The exile replacement effect never gets a chance to occur, because the condition that is necessary for it to happen (the creature dying) will not exist.

That's different from a card like Swords to Plowshares , because STP doesn't care if the creature would die that turn. Indestructible or not, STP puts it into the exile zone.
