Ovinomancer Indestructible interaction

Hey guys,

Just want to pimp my Ovinomancer deck and have a specific combo question. Let's assume Aluren and Concordant Crossroads are on the battlefield. The haste should negate the drawback of Ovinomancer as far as I know because you can activate Ovinomancers second ability in response. But can I target my own creature with indestructible over and over again to create infinite sheep tokens?

Yes, you can create an arbitrarily large number of sheep with this interaction. Your indestructible creature is a valid target for the ability, so it will still resolve. When the ability resolves it will not be able to destroy an indestructible creature, but it will still create the sheep.
