Muraganda Petroglyphs & Angelic Chorus

If I have Muraganda Petroglyphs & Angelic Chorus in play and create a 2/2 token with no abilities, do I gain 2 life or 4 life??
Muraganda Petroglyphs has a static ability, which means it applies any time the creature is in play. Your 2/2 token will enter the battlefield as a 4/4. This doesn't affect your question with Angelic Chorus , but it means the 2/2 token will trigger Garruk's Packleader because it comes in as a large enough creature.

Assuming no other interactions you will gain 4 life. When Angelic Chorus resolves it uses the current toughness of the creature that triggers it (or the last known information if the creature is no longer on the battlefield).
