If I use Zuran Orb to sacrifice a land, Dryad Arbor , would my Mortician Beetle also get a +1/+1 bonus for a creature being sacrificed? Thanks :3
Could you play a land AND Dryad Arbor on the same turn?

No, Dryad Arbor is still a land, and counts as your land for the turn. You can, however, use Rampant Growth OR card:Green Sun's Zenith to fetch it to the field =D

You can use Rampant Growth ? I thought it wasn't a basic land, even though it's a forest.

My bad! not Rampant Growth, but you could use the new Ranger's Path

I think you could use Wood Elves or Seedguide Ash to get Dryad Arbor , though. Which, I unfortunately just realized now, having all three of these in my EDH deck.

Yes. A creature was sacrificed, so Mortician Beetle 's ability will trigger. Mortician Beetle doesn't require that the creature not have any other types, so sacrificing Dryad Arbor to something will trigger it.
