Evoke Grief & Marchesa, the Black Rose & Dragon Blood

Hi, so I have Marchesa, the Black Rose in play and a Dragon Blood. I cast Grief for the evoke cost, can I pay 3 mana and use the dragon blood to give Grief a +1/+1 counter meaning when he gets sacrificed to the evoke ability he will come back on the battlefield, from Marchesa's ability? Or is there no point in time by which I can add the counter?

You can do that. Evoke is an alternative casting cost and a triggered ability. When you cast Grief for it's evoke cost it will enter the battlefield. Then the sacrifice ability and the ETB will both go on the stack. Players will get priority and can respond before any of them resolve. Allowing you to put a +1/+1 counter on Grief before it is sacrificed.
