Erebos and Devotion

If I cast Erebos, Bleak-Hearted with Guardian Project in play and my devotion to black is less than five, do I draw a card?
Note: This is commander so I don't have another Erebos in play.
The Gods do have a bit of on odd edge case when your devotion is 4. Since your devotion is five once Erebos, Bleak-Hearted is on the battlefield, it will trigger enter the battlefield effects like Guardian Project (denoted by the words "when" or "whenever"), but won't be entering as a creature so it will ignore replacement effects like Essence of the Wild.

In your scenario Guardian Project will not trigger. The Theros Gods' devotion ability applies at all times that it is on the battlefield. So if you don't have the devotion required (including from the god itself), it will not enter the battlefield as a creature. In your scenario Guardian Project will not trigger.
