Eggs and Decking

So I play eggs in modern and was looking through the rules about decking. It states that when you would draw more cards than are in your library you lose the game. Eggs wins by Conjurer's Bauble ing a Faith's Reward to the bottom of your library and winning through recurring one Pyrite Spellbomb from your graveyard. However, cards like Elsewhere Flask and Ichor Wellspring cause you to draw cards when they etb. Does this mean when I Faith's Reward the Flask and Wellspring triggers make me lose?

Yes, but the triggers they create are put on the stack. Since all the triggers are resolved one at a time AND all the triggers after a Faith's Reward are put on the stack simultaneously (i.e. you get to choose the order in which they are put on the stack), you can just continue the combo and win without ever drawing another card.
just play all your mana artifacts and spellbomb them, with the remaining mana, with all the draw triggers still on the stack, you tap the bauble, resolve one draw trigger, draw the reward and continue on the same path.
You will kill them while having 100+ draw triggers on the stack, but their death is a state-based effect, so it will occur, before any of those triggers resolve.
