Does Jeleva exile more cards if she enters the battlefield twice, but is only cast once?

I'm running a reanimation deck with Marchesa the black Rose and Mikeaus the Unhallowed.
-I cast Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge with the 4 required mana, and each player exiles the top 4 cards of their library as a result of her enters the battlefield condition.
-Jeleva is killed/sacrificed, but is returned to the battlefield by Marchesa (if she had +1 counters on her), or Mikeaus.
When she returns to the battlefield, are four more cards exiled because when she was cast, it required four mana? Or are none because she was returned to the battlefield without any mana cost?
Also mentioning, I believe: Say you cast Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge for a total of 6 CMC, then the trigger happens and you and your opponents each exile the top 6 cards from your libraries. You then bounce Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge. Now say you equip her with Lightning Greaves and then attack with her, you will not be able to cast anything that was exiled with her previously because since she left and then re-entered the battlefield the game now treats her as a new permanent, and the ability is self-referential, which is the same as the ability saying "Whenever This permanent attacks, you may cast an instant or sorcery card exiled with This permanent without paying its mana cost."
So since the Jeleva that entered the battlefield from your casting was different from the one you bounced onto the battlefield then her ability wont link the two.

Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge, Marchesa, the Black Rose, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed - link your cards to aid everyone in the thread.
No, Jeleva exiles cards based on the mana spent to cast her. If you simply return her to the battlefield via Marchesa or Mikeaus, you would get the effect, but when it resolves, the game will ask "How much mana was spent to cast this girl?" and come up with the answer of 0.
the fact that Jeleva was cast at a previous time has no effect in this case.
