Does a token technically go into your graveyard if its a creature token?

Firemane angel and kiki jiki mirror breaker possible combo

Please remember to link all cards in your question.

Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, Firemane Angel

It wouldn't work that way. when tokens are sent to the graveyard, they are there long enough to trigger any "die" abilities on other cards or the token itself (i.e. Dark Prophecy or token of Black Cat)

Once any die triggers occur, state based actions will be checked again and the token will cease to exist. This will happen before you get the chance to activate any abilities that might have been on the token. And it will be long gone before the upkeep trigger on Firemane Angel token would ever roll around.

A token going to the graveyard will cause all relevant abilities to trigger (ie gravepact, Disciple of the Vault, etc.). However, it will cease to exist the next time state-based actions are checked. You will not be able to reanimate your angel tokens.
