Do spell copies count as spells for storm?
say I have a Chandra, the Firebrand with 3 loyalty counters in play and I use the -2 ability then play a Lightning Bolt then play a Grapeshot , how many Grapeshot s go off?

An effect which copies a spell only causes you to cast that copy if the effect specifically says cast. For example, compare Isochron Scepter with Reverberate . The former causes the copy of the spell to be cast, while the latter just generates the copy on the stack and does not qualify as that copy having been cast.
702.38a Storm is a triggered ability that functions on the stack. "Storm" means "When you cast this spell, put a copy of it onto the stack for each other spell that was cast before it this turn. If the spell has any targets, you may choose new targets for any of the copies."
Since Chandra, the Firebrand 's effect does not cause you to cast the copy, only the original is cast and will count for Storm.

My question has always been why a storm spell was in the Mirror Mastery deck. They don't storm on the Riku copies of spells, and Riku copies of the storm spells don't storm either.

702.38. Storm
702.38a Storm is a triggered ability that functions on the stack. Storm means When you cast this spell, put a copy of it onto the stack for each other spell that was cast before it this turn. If the spell has any targets, you may choose new targets for any of the copies.
Storm is only affected by cast spells and unless an effect/spell specifically casts a spell, such as [djinn illuminatus]], it does not cast the spell, it merely places it on the stack.
Because Chandra's ability does not use the word "cast" when describing placing the copy of the spell on the stack, the copy was never cast and thus does not contribute to storm count.
